MOBILIZING FOR THE PEOPLE'S CLIMATE MARCH
EVENTS IN BOSTON, PHILADELPHIA, DC, NYC

Because the People’s Climate March goes far beyond New York City.
On September 21st in New York, the People’s Climate March will be the biggest mass mobilization the climate movement has ever seen. As world leaders gather for a landmark climate summit at the UN Headquarters, a movement of movements is mobilizing to reflect the seriousness, urgency, and people-power needed to address the climate crisis. This is a new climate movement – where concerns of social justice, economic inequality, good jobs, healthy communities, and a sustainable environment come together. This is our chance to change everything — and to do that, we need everyone.
So we’re hitting the road this August for the People’s Climate Tour. People’s Climate March organizers will visit four East Coast cities to help local activists and groups get ready for the fight ahead. Join a People’s Climate Tour stop near you to hear from a diverse and inspiring array of social movement leaders on the intersection of climate change and social justice, and how you can get involved in this movement of movements.
